I bought this for facial massager. I know they offer various other uses, like skin improvement etc., but I needed a good massager for my jawline. Two years ago I had surgery to remove a tumor growing inside my jawbone. I healed well, but at times my jaw just aches and nothing helps. Long ago, when I was dancing in the ballet school, I learned alternating heat-cold packs would reduce the swelling faster than either heat packs or cold packs alone. This little gems offers that! You can set it for heat or cold, with or without vibrating, in various levels of settings. Using it one time stopped the pain. I wish I had found this a year ago. So no more heating packs in the microwave to alternate with ice packs. This does both with just a click of a button. I slept the whole night for the first time in a long time.

I've only been using this device about a week and I do think that there is some improvement to my skin texture and pore size reduction. I'm not expecting miracle results but I am enjoying using this device. The hottest setting is not that hot and the cool side is not unpleasantly cold. The temperature difference can be seen almost instantly. I'm skeptical about the red/blue light business, but I'm trying it out. It seems well built and sturdy. It's quite pleasant to use. It's a bit awkward and messy to use for facial cleansing but after all my potions are applied, I generally use the hottest, red light, vibrating setting until the automatic timer shuts it off. I usually am watching TV to pass the time. I also am trying it on my hands to see if it will lighten the age spots a bit. Overall, I am please to have ordered this tool.

I bought this to lessen the frown lines between my brows and to save money on professional cryofacials. After a month of use, the frown lines are more relaxed. The other benefit, which is big, are my eyelids are lifted. But, the key is to use twice a day. I do morning and night with two cycles of the cold.I wish the handle was bigger as too easy to inadvertently change from hot to cold and vice versa. I also wish it got hotter and colder, but for the price it’s good enough. I skipped a cryofacial during this first month of use, so I feel this device was worth it.

I got this product few days ago, and I tried to use today for the first time on my client with the cold Mode, and it didn't get cold at all. I really need that function, that's why I bought it. I tried everything and nothing. I'm returning and I learned my lesson. I will invest in a expensive one, so I will not have to go through something like that again.

I have had facial paralysis for almost 8 months and this has been wonderful. It has also helped with my jaw pain with the hot and cold and the ultra sonic, including light therapy. I also use this with all of my face creams and absolutely love it ! I would say I would like a stronger vibration to better differentiate each levels. I would say the vibration on my good side of my face is also weak. I think this product is good for beauty but also for issues with facial nerves but if the vibration as I said was a bit stronger so I could stimulate my facial nerves a bit more this product would knock it out the park. Although I have to say , I cannot knock it because this but it is a very good product and at a fair price !

The media could not be loaded. Few times i used hot and cold mode with led lights and vibration for applying my serum and moisturizer and I really liked the cold temperature.Cold and hot both are working okay to me.But device it self gets warmer after 5-10 min I used even cold mode. I was wondering is that normal? Because of the has fan back of the device? I given 3 stars because of that.

Fusion Skin has opened up my pores using the heat mode. Previously I was using a facial steamer but this works better without getting excess steam in my eyes and not near as messy. After using the heat therapy and applying my normal facial cream I find my face and neck glowing and invigorated. The vibration also helps massage my cheeks and has firmed up my skin. The cold mode gets very cold but not uncomfortable. I can tell that it makes my skin feel smoother and tighter. After using it only one week I noticed a change in my face and my husband commented that he noticed a positive change in my face too!!

It doesn't work as advertised. It's not cold enough or stay cold longer than 30 seconds. Wish I could return it.
