Good Light Fitting
I have purchased 3Nos. 20W lights, out of this 2 lights were working & 1 light fitting was faulty, i had registered the complaint on Murphy WhatsApp no. they had registered the complaint and sent the replacement within one week,Light is good, it is cool white

Brightness not upto the mark
I bought for my new house it doesn't have brightness as per the Philip or Havells.

Very good product
I had ordered this pack of 3 for Rs. 720.00 in November 2019 and I'm still using it today. Installation is as easy as ABC. There's no issues with regard to brightness. Only negative point is that I had to purchase the connectors which weren't included in the package. But these are easily available in local markets for Rs.20.00.I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR MORE THAN TWO YEARS! Doesn't it speaks about durability itself?

Great Customer service.
Ordered pack of 5 but one of them was non-functional. Instead of asking for replacement for all 5, I sent a message to the seller asking if they could replace the one piece that is not working. I sent them video of the 4 working pieces and the one not-working piece. The seller promptly sent a replacement for the one piece, saving me the hassle of returning all 5. Good customer service is a rarity these days. That's why I am giving them a 5 star rating. as per the lighting, it's decent. The build quality is not on par with Wipro battens, but for the given price, its decent enough.
