Staff is amazingly supportive and very willing to help with even the most basic questions. As a beginner what value do you place on that?

Like: Packaging. The tree.Dislike: The picture I provided is a before and after. On the left is the plant upon arrival, on the right is is the plant after re-potting & trimming.Upon arrival, the "shrub" looks quite sick - 30% of the leaves are already yellowing & turning brown with spots. Drying branches, dry soil. (Seller could've wrapped the soil in plastic to keep moisture in during transit). Ants. 10+ or so Florida ants are crawling out. Pot provided is cheap, not at all as described (glazed). No tray (plastic or ceramic) provided. No screen (to keep soil inside pot while watering) provided.After sending to the wrong address the first time, Seller mentioned that fertilizer will be included in the next attempt. The second time around, the tree came in time to correct address - but no fertilizer either. So, just a drying tree, in a screenless clay pot filled with dry soil.All in all, the Fukien is a good indoor tree with potential. Looks alright after repotting, trimming. But definitely is NOT WORTH the $80 I spent for this. In the condition this tree arrived, I may as well purchase a Home Depot bonsai for $30 - and still able to pick out healthy ones.Will try buying online again, but perhaps not through this seller.

Its beautiful and the second day the little white flowers opened up. I water it a lot and is still healthy which is a lot to say from me as I’ve never had a green thumb. it didn't come with much caring directions but it did come with a US phone # which is answered immediately and they also have a website. The picture shows a base for the pot and it doesn’t comes with it.
