This hoop skirt is exactly what I was looking for! I have a 6 hoop skirt that is wonderful but I needed a slightly smaller diameter for some of my costumes. This was perfect for that! It fits through my doorways but still fills out my skirts nicely and doesn’t require me to make constant adjustments to avoid knocking things over or bump into people as I move around in tighter spaces. The ruffles are adorable as well! I normally wear a 16-18 US womens size and this skirt fit very well with some room to spare. I also love the elastic in the waistband as well as the strings attached to the waistband to accommodate larger sizes. It wasn’t too snug but felt quite secure whereas some hoop skirts only have a drawstring waist that can slip lower on my waist as the day goes on. I’m super glad I bought this 4 hoop skirt and will absolutely purchase again when I need a white one or a red one. Seriously, if you’re on the fence about buying this, just take the plunge. It’s fantastic!

This was used under a Halloween costume and it made the costume so much better! I thought I would hate it, but it actually was super comfy. It was a bit tight around my waste, but I have some pounds to shed.I did step on it a couple times and it frayed, but overall I think for the price of it, it was well worth it!

Exceeded my expectations. Just wish the black one was available for immediate shipping.The fabric is a strange thin fabric, it allows your dress to glide over it and doesnt hold in the heat.My only complaint is that the edges of the hoops are sharp and only one end is protected with a pvc tube. So the other end catches and tears the fabric as you resize the hoop. I put a shrink tube for wiring over the ends and it is fine now.Last pic is the dress before the hoop skirt

Purchased for a Wild West murder mystery dinner costume. The waist was small and did not stretch to the fully stated measurements. However, since it had a drawstring I really didn’t find it to be too much trouble. The hoops were flexible and easy to remove for washing. The skirt is frilly and can be worn for a variety of costumes, with and without the hoops.

Not sheer whatsoever. Very lightweight.Haven’t had a dress over it yet since I got it today, but did mess around with it.The fabric is terribly wrinkled and feels cheap, so I’d be afraid to iron or steam it. The Velcro that holds the waste together is weak and shoelace like string… it’s decent for what you paid but I’d recommend splurging on higher quality that will last.

I had gotten this to wear with my wedding dress.I had ordered a different petticoat before but my dress was too heavy and the petit coat didn’t give enough volume, but this one was perfect! If you have a heavy dress I would definitely recommend using this one!! The petticoat did seem to run slightly smaller so it wouldn’t work for someone in a medium or large size. But all around it was an amazing find and the price was good too! Would definitely recommend

It really make your dress look great. It is a must have item if you want your ballroom or wedding dress looks gorgeous. It does not show through as others without this design. I strongly recommend it.

My 14yr old daughter really wanted a hoop skirt and when I read the reviews that it could be wore even by itself- I thought that was great because I wasn’t sure if the skirt I bought would fit over it. It did and she loves it. Both to wear alone or underneath a skirt. She was so happy and it was reasonably priced - so win win.

If it’s ‘pouff’ you’re looking for - this is what you need. It’s proper sticky out. Well made, nice fabric and has elasticated waist with tie and Velcro fastening. Very comfortable on. It could be worn on its own or under another dress/skirt. 5 ***** from me

Molto bella, come dalle immagini, io la utilizzerò come gonna per un costume di Carnevale, non è trasparente ed è molto scenografica, unica difetto che non è lunghissima è adatta ad una statura media e non alle "stangone", si potrebbe rendere più lunga stringendo un po' i cerchi. Comunque per me perfetta!!!!
