Nice read - gives crux of what we actually figure out eventually in life
Nice read - gives crux of what we actually figure out eventually in lifeDefinitely a good book for young adults who are starting to make choices about career and what they imagine is important in life. The book gives simple formulas that lay out the answers to questions we deal with as we grow through career and age.Got a hardcover book (excellent quality) and certainly plan to keep it for years to come.

Just okay.
The Algebra of Happiness by Scott Galloway. Bought this book as I have watched a few of the author's videos on YouTube. If you don't like his videos I doubt you enjoy reading this book. Some brilliant points but nothing new or impressive & lots of opinions. A light read.

Learn from the success and failures of Prof Galloway
Must read if you are lost and want to look ahead 20-30 years and discover what's your own algebra for happiness .

Two stars for the beautiful cover
When I start reading a book, I read it till the end. This book I could, by force, finish only halfway through. Unable to read this book anymore.Pathetic. like a sad autobiography. Read more

Excellent
Excellent book. I've always enjoyed listening to Scott's ideas and thoughts. As one who is deep in the trenches of business ownership most times, this read was exceptional in that it reminds you of what is truly important in life. We've all heard the cliche sayings surrounding this "feel good" concept but Scott always has an interesting & fun approach to getting his point across in a sarcastic but meaningful way.In my eyes, this was so good that after reading it myself, I ordered 3 more copies for various family members and employees. Thanks SG. Always enjoy your work!

Funny and to the point
I got this as a gift and read through it. There's not a lot of new content as most of it you can find verbatim (I was a little surprised at this) in some of his youtube recordings, but for a gift for someone not familiar with his content it's nice.

Lessons of life
Written in short life lessons, this book is the series of conversations I wish I had with my dad.Wonderfully written, this book should be mandatory read for every man starting at 15, and re-read every 10 years, and discuss with your father, grand father and siblings, lest you forget.

Good!
Scott as always writing in his fun and easy way brings this short book about life and happiness. It is not a recipe that fits all, but has some great advices of life using his personal experience.
