I've tried a few these, and this one by far has been my favorite. I have a PD (peritoneal dialysis) catheter that travels daily secured by one of these that I own. The belt is all fabric, loops included, and secures with velcro. The pouch slides with the belt and can be worn either way to allow access from top or bottom. Its large enough to allow nearly the entire transfer set and line to be kept with minimal exposure past your anchor tape. The pouch allows you to keep a bend radius on the flexline that won't add unnecessary stress and premature wear. Dual velcro tabs secure the flap of the pouch and stays all day.For the price, well worth in comparison to the ace bandage/neoprene types that seem to be more costly but no higher quality, and generally hot and uncomfortable.I have showed it to the PD nurses I work with and they agree it's a great solution for people like myself. I'm 6'1", 185lbs, and moderately hairy chested. Tape and gauze never worked for me due to being quite active, and this has been my daily traveling companion happily since we met. Highly recommend to anyone on PD.

Works great and is adjustable, unlike some other options available. I wish it had a slit in the belt to slip the g tube through, but it's easy enough to cut one yourself. Comfortable while sleeping as well.

I was not as thrilled with this as I hoped I would be. There is nothing wrong with this product. I simply wanted something that would hold my transfer set firmly. On this you get a pocket to put the end of your transfer set. It closes with velcro and Keeps it in there pretty well. I was not comfortable with the fact that the end of the transfer set was able to move around in the pocket. this may be just what some people are looking for. It was not what I wanted. So my not using this one is a matter of taste.

I got this right after i started dialysis. I was not sure all that i needed. I did not realize that there was not an opening in the back and that my tube comes around the front and then is held in the bag. It was bulky under my shirt and not that comfortable. I found it easier to just tape up my line differently and then I did not need a bag to hold it.
