Good: Effective for me. Easy to swallow. OK price.Bad: Price is only OK. Includes a couple extra ingredients that may or may not be of value.Bottom line: Relora, AKA magnolia bark extract, is the one supplement that effectively helps me control unfortunately-all-too-often excessive stress. I've used it in generic form for years, but for some reason the plain old (and much cheaper) generic powdered magnolia bark is getting hard to find. This is reasonably-priced, and effective for me. Your results may vary, but if you're chronically stressed out it's worth trying. Five stars.

This really helps to get my energy back. I know I am not handling the stress in my day very well so my cortisol has been off. I can tell a difference in taking it. The first month I took 2 a day per request of my physician then backed off to-one a day after the first 30 days.

I bought this because NOW stopped making Super Stress Reliever complex. Relora was one of the ingredients that helped so I opted for this brand. Pure Encapsulations is supposed to be one of the better brands but I won't buy it again. It's too expensive. Also, I didn't notice a difference when I took this.

I have not burst into tears at the smallest inconvenience nor had a sleepless night since I started taking this. So far so good!
