The best diapers, by far!!!
I spent months reading product reviews for different types of alternatives to name-brand disposables. I consider myself a little bit of a hippy, and try to reduce waste when and where I can. I absolutely love that my kitchen garbage doesn't fill up with dirty diapers, and love the quality of this product. I find the disposable inserts to be much more absorbant than any brand you will find in the local stores, and my daughter has yet to have even a mild case of diaper rash at nearly 8 months old. I will continue to use these diapers, and will use them with any future children I may have!

The best!
As a mom of twins we were going through way to many disposable diapers. I hated knowing how all those dirty diapers were just sitting in a landfill for hundreds of years. Gdiapers disposable inserts solved my worries! I use their soft gpants with a liner and a disposable insert that I can toss, compost or flush. They hold a good amount of liquid and we don't have any overnight leaks since using these! Their diaper system is great for moms who are more environmentally conscious. We love them!

worked well for urine but I had issues with leaks on the g-diaper covers for poop but if you pack a couple extra covers you will
purchased as refill for our newborn starter kit. We used g-diapers for our newborn until she fit into the one size fits all pocket diapers.I also used them as a "going out" diaper the first few months because of the disposable factor. worked well for urine but I had issues with leaks on the g-diaper covers for poop but if you pack a couple extra covers you will be fine. The pad itself is very absorbant and holds up well no falling apart during wear or changes.

Not for me.
Just could not make these work - and I really wanted too! With the investment into covers and liners, I'd hoped these would be a home run. We just couldn't get them to fit right, battled leaks, and was constantly washing and strain treating. Alas, I finally found a fully biodegradable diaper to replace my gdiaper dream.

A waste of money & product
I honestly hated these inserts. For starters, they're not very affordable so one would think they would be a better product. The gDiapers Disposable inserts bunch up every time. They absorb only in the front area of the insert, so the insert becomes overloaded with urine and doesn't absorb anymore. Because of that, they also bust open and leak the absorbing gel all over the baby while the rest of the insert remains dry. I love the planet, which is why I switched over to cloth diapers and such. But if I'm using something like these inserts and only a third of the product gets used because it can't absorb properly and the other two-thirds gets thrown out, that's wasteful. I don't care if the claim is that they break down and can be flushed or composted. That's still unused waste that's just getting added to the environment. I'm also not getting my money's worth when I have to change them out all the time because they've busted open for the fiftieth time. It also waste my time when I have to constantly have to clean the tons of gel bits off my kids' legs and private parts. I would not recommend this product at all. If you're insistent on using disposable inserts versus cloth ones, go with FLIP (my review here: http://www.amazon.com/review/R2NH30QL9KB2UH/ref=cm_cr_pr_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B006JX6RPE&linkCode=&nodeID=&tag= ). They're a much better product by far.

Not goog for septic tanks!
Got this inserts. I use them before with my first kid, then, we had a regular sewer. But, now we live in a house that has a septic tank, and there's not way that this can just toss this inserts down the toilet, it just doesn't work. So, I have to put it in a bag like a regular diaper and throw it away in the trash, and what's the point of that if the reason to buy this inserts is for the main purpose of not using regular disposable diapers, that have plastic.

Super absorbent
These disposable inserts are great. They're highly absorbent, can be flushed(both solids and liquids) or composted (wet only), and pretty much never leak. They fit with the gdiapers, but can be used with other cloth diapers.

Really love them, just wish they were more affordable
This is THE best insert when you need overnight protection. Despite using cloth doublers, hemp liners and a microfleece insert, my heavy wetter still soaks through her diaper. This gdiaper refill to the rescue. It keeps her dry all night long and I can just toss it in the toilet in the morning.
