Given as a gift, so am reviewing from that position. I didn't use it, but did remove from box to inspect before wrapping. It is high quality, a good size imo for warm beverages, the image is adorable and exactly as shown online. Excellent experience purchasing from this seller and would recommend this product especially from their store.

A little smaller that I was expecting, but I prefer large mugs. It is really cute and I keep it on my desk at work for "those days"...

I purchased this adorable mug for my roommate and she absolutely loves it. She's only had it for about three weeks so far, but she uses it frequently. We've run it through the dish washer several times and I haven't notice any wear on it or the design yet. Once again, she's only had it for three weeks or so though, so we'll see what happens over time.It is a little bit smaller than I thought it would be, but that's my own fault for not double checking what the dimensions of an 11oz mug would be. She prefers bigger mugs, but still really likes it.

This has become my daily mug. It's been washed a bunch of times, no fading like the other one from a different vendor. Colors are still bright.

Bought this for my husband as he wanted his own coffee mug at work. He cracks up watching how long it takes people to understand what his mug is actually saying. The Mug is nothing special but the graphic is done well and it has been quite the conversation piece. Packaged and arrived safely.
