It's a good Crepe Pan. Heavy enough, but not too heavy as solid cast iron. The Crepes turn out very nice, though much larger than what I usually make, but that's the only con for me personally.

Just received it yesterday and cooked eggs with it this morning. I haven't had much success with most non-stick cooking pans until now, this one really works well. No oil at all and no sticking. Clean-up was a damp paper towel and it's ready to go again. Light and easy to handle and worked perfectly on my induction cooktop and the price is easy on the pocketbook. Highly recommended.

Works well, nothing sticks and the coating shows no signs of deterioration after several months of regular use. The pan heats up quickly, so fast at higher settings on my induction cooktop that I only use the "5" setting (10 is the highest setting). Using an IR heat sensor-gun, the pan heats up to 450 F in four minutes at the middle setting.Like I said, I've been using it for months, about five times a week to fix dosa and adai -- similar to pancakes but made using rice and lentils. After using it for the first few weeks, I got out an IR heat sensing gun that I use on my outdoor pizza oven and found out that I was over-heating the pan. The dosa were cooking fast for good reason. The griddle was heating up to 650 F. The pan is really efficient and heats up fast. High settings are overkill with it. Med-low to Medium settings and a few minutes on the burner are adequate to heat the pan to a good cooking temperature.That said, there was no damage that I could find after overheating the pan. Hence the high rating for durability. I don't use high settings any more. Just a few minutes is all it takes at a medium setting on my cooktop.Nonstick surface is in fact nonstick. Eggs, and dosa -- I cook in this pan without oil. No sticking.No issues with the coating. No scratches or chips. Once the pan is cool, I wipe it down with a wet cloth and sometimes take a plastic scrub pad to the surface to remove a stubborn film. Then a quick rinse and dry. The cooking surface looks good as new.I have concerns about sharp edges on the bottom of the pan possibly scratching my glass induction cooktop. Also the pan is light and tends to slide easily. A silicone pad between the cooktop and the pan solves both of these concerns.

I used the pans for crepes on my induction stove and they worked a treat. They are a bit larger than I would have wanted and a bit heavy to hold in one hand when circling the batter for the crepes. All in all I am very happy with them, used a drop of oil for the whole cooking and they cleaned up very easily as nothing stuck.

Lost $60 on two of these. Neither lasted for more than 3 months. One peeled like rubber. One lost a layer. I feel cheated.

Just received my pan. There is a slight dip in the center of the pan. Is this normal?

Warps when you heat it up and does not provide even heat.

We were surprised to find this pan doesn't heat up on our induction range as fast and as much as other induction pots and pans.UPDATE - I added a star, from 3 to 4. I use this pan a lot. Yes, it doesn't heat up that fast - but it's great for pancakes, crepes, and omelets. On the negative side, the bottom side leaves a weird black residue after every dishwashing cycle. Not sure if that's healthy or not. But that side doesn't usually touch food.

Not worth what is being paid for. Could buy a lot cheaper for the quality we are getting. My piece got warped within 3 weeks time.., and I use it very rare. The handle is burning as well

After less than 5months of use age the coating has come off, and the bottom of that pan has damaged my high end induction stove. Do dot purchase this substandard product. See pictures attached. This was used very lightly, and as per the picture the product is sub grade at best.

Correct, mais attention avec l'induction car le rond central a l'arrière n'est pas bien détecté par ma grande plaque à induction gaziniere neuve, et très bonne qualité) , je suis obligée de décaler la crêpière pour qu'elle soit bien détectée. Sur des plaques plus petites je n'ai pas de problème, et la nourriture n'accroche pas et est bien cuite. Reste à tester en faisant des crêpes...

MAKING CHEESE CRISPS.The first part of this review was written 3 months ago. The non stick coating is still good.I use this pan regularly mostly for cheeses crisps , pancakes , bacon & eggs. This pan now has a hump in the middle & when cooking eggs they slide to the edges of the pan due to the hump in the middle. This is unacceptable . also the grease from bacon slides to the edges.This pan has not been abused or overheated .I think the mfr. should replace this item.

I received a cheap pan today and bent in one side which is completely different from the product I ordered. It came in an amazon box only. There were some black particles coming off of the pan when I touched it. It is definitely not the original product. Edges are literally sharp. I am returning this item, amazon’s customer service is good. It will take 2 weeks time to get my money after the seller reviews it. The negative reviews with photos are true, I just ignored them and was looking at the overall positive review percentage. I am truly disappointed. What a waste of time and money. Oh, I need to drop off this item at purolator store which is very from my house. I am spending $30 for cab fare for nothing.
