Works perfectly in my PC (ASMedia ASM1061 (non-RAID) and AQUANTIA AQC107 - as far as i can tell)
I was worried about this working in my PC rather than the QNAP it was designed for but figured i'd gamble on it. Works perfectly on my PC with a PCIe x4 slot to give me both 10G Network speed and two SATA NVME drive access at the same time. It is NOT RAID, but it did work perfectly with both of my 2Tb M.2 WD Blue NVME drives and the network without any problems. I ended up removing it as it was interfering with another PCIe device that i was using for sata raid that has the ASMedia ASM1061R (RAID) chipset on it but that's just my issue for using two devices with similar chipsets that interfere with each other and not an issue with the device it's self. as a mater of fact when there was an issue it was with the other device not showing up, not this one.. probably something to do with the PCIe init order but whatever, ill just use it in another PC

Great card so far
This is a great card, I have two m.2 1Tb SSD drives as cache in RAID 1 and it works really well for caching my 473 Qnap NAS. The 10Gb connection works very well, though prone to issues if your cables aren't up to snuff. Cache seems to speed things up a bit and it was very easy to set up with the NAS.

Significant performance gains for my Qnap TS-453be
I populated this adapter with two 2 Inland Premium 1TB m.2 NVMe drives, installed into a Qnap TS-453be NAS (4x10 TB, RAID5) then wired with HiFiber SFP DAC cables to a MikroTik CRS305 10 GbE switch to several PCs in my electronics lab. The PCs were equipped Mellanox Connectx-2 10GBe NICs - just $30/ea. The QM2 adapter employs a four-lane, gen2 PCIe link to the NAS. Theoretically, the link is capable of 2000 MB/s peak performance, but iperf3 testing between the NAS and PCs running Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16.04 consistently yields 4.0 - 4.8 Gbps (500-600 MB/s) measured throughput. Atto Disk Benchmark measured ~250 MB/s read and write (as depicted). So, while this is only a 3-4x improvement resulting from the upgrade, I'm satisfied with the performance and value.

I am getting 10 Gbps!
I am receiving the 10Gb as described and the two sata cards are working fine. This was an easy upgrade. I did have to press the reset button on the back of the NAS after plugging it in because the other two network adapter were conflicting but it corrected and now the nic is the master network adapter.

Works great, be sure to install up to date BIOS Before installing
Great way to upgrade your Qnap NAS, using it in a TVS471 connected to a UniFi XG 6 POE switch. You may need to upgrade your Qnap BIOS to make it work, I had to, but this is easy and straight forward. In fact do this first so you don’t panic as I did when the NAS wouldn’t boot after I Initially installed the card 😅

Two NVMe M.2 cards did not fit in their sockets!
QNAP QM2-2S10G1TA SATA ($224): Two NVMe M.2 cards did not fit in their sockets! One Sabrent Rocket, one SP (Silicon Power). They fit and work fine in ASUS Hyper M.2 PCIe card (holds up to four M.2, I have several of these ASUS cards) and Dell 2-M.2 PCIe cards.* would give ZERO star rating if that was an option!
