I have used several of the Life Cykel mushroom extracts over the past two months including Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Chaga and Cordyceps. They are easy to use directly or dropped into a drink. They have a mild, earthy flavor that is barely noticeable, and not unpleasant, when mixed in a Coke Zero. The Reishi promotes sleep and its effect is apparent within an hour. I wear an Oura ring that monitors my sleep and can verify that not only am I sleeping longer, but my mix of REM, deep sleep and core sleep is much improved when taking Reishi.

I’ve purchased this product too many times to count. This is my holy grail for a good night’s sleep. 10/10 recommend

Watched alot of YouTube videos from people saying they could feel an immediate difference after taking a similar product. I take the daily recommended dosage , 2 weeks in and I feel nothing differentProbably doing some good inside to my body , but not noticeable. Everyone's body works differently

I’m not the kind to rate or write a review on anything, In fact this is the first. I have never been so impressed with a product in my life. It’s only the second day I’ve used it, and I feel like the old me. I suffer with bad anxiety and depression, and this extract is the only thing that truly helps. My wife and coworkers couldn’t believe how happy and outgoing I am now, just after 2 days!! I use it before work (even thought it’s a PM extract) and after dinner. A symptom of anxiety is insomnia, which is also something I struggled badly with and while using this product, I sleep the best I ever have and can wake up to my first alarm (literally slept through a dorm room fire with alarms blaring). I love this product and will definitely be buying more!!!

I’m very interested in mushroom extracts for their different benefits, and I do think this helped improve my sleep. The taste is not very good but that’s to be expected with products like this .

I just got the reishi extract in the mail today and as you can see from the picture the ink from the dropper is melting into the extract and contaminating....so now im eating ink? This is unacceptable.
