I purchased this item in Aug of 2019 and used it several times but know when I charge the battery the solid green light tells me the battery is full charged but when I use the flashlight it dies after about a hour of use. Battery no good. I have a 1 Year warranty onit so how do I get a new battery?UpdateAfter contacting the seller they sent me two new batteries and it works great.Thank you for the fast response.

I got this to use when we let our dog out at night to do her business. I love the fact that it's rechargeable so I don't have to replace batteries every month (wasteful). I wasn't sure it was going to be as good as they said (brightness & long life between charges), however, it IS! It is VERY BRIGHT, and you can focus and zoom in the light so it is even brighter and more of a spot light, or zoom out, so light covers a larger area. I have been using it every night for over a month, and it's as bright as the first time I used it after charging. The only downside is that it does not come with a lanyard or way to attach one (only a belt clip), unless I fasten a string or lanyard through the belt loop slits. This is a bummer because, like many flashlight failures, if you drop the flashlight, in will inevitably break the lens, bulb, or something, and then it stops working. It seems like every flashlight I have ever had, even for years, once dropped, doesn't work. I will have to hook a lanyard onto the belt loop slit, this is the only way to do it, but it is awkward. If they made a small slit at the butt end of the light, you can slip a lanyard through there (like other models that have a lanyard). That is my only downside to this wonderful, very bright, long lasting flashlight.

Superb quality and craftsmanship. Feels durable and handles well. Very bright and easily adjustable. I like how the charging ports are hidden. Small enough to carry in a purse and doubles as a battery charger for you mobile devices!!

Did not work from the start. Tried charging, changing batteries. No help. I work a lot. So when I finally get home and try to contact the seller, see f they will exchange, I am told I am a couple of days over the return policy.here is an idea, allow me to contact the seller. Perhaps they are aware of this issue and would still exchange it for me? No luck, I don't get that option.So because I work too much and missed the return date by literally a couple of days, I get a defective product that I can do nothing with but this complaint.

I am going through living hell in bad purchases for additional batteries. This light does not use 165mm 18650 batteries. I bought 4 and now I have to send them back. Then I bought a Snado Universal battery charger and it doesn't fit the 168mm batteries needed by the flashlight.Other than that the flashlight is brighter than a Duracell 1000 lumens flashlight that I own. The flashlight is great just measure carefully before buying spare batteries or an external charger.

Was tired of replacing batteries in flashlight I carry in my SUV, and/or finding the batteries were dead when I needed to use the flashlight. This one solves all my problems, plus - super bright, adjustable beam, rechargeable battery that works off a USB cord (included) PLUS you can use the flashlight battery to charge something in a pinch! In addition to the belt clip it also has a magnet in the end of the handle if you need a "third" hand to hold the light. Yep, I'm impressed so far!

I am a Delivery Associate for Amazon so I use this daily and these are my findings:The GOOD:Lightweight, seems well made, very bright, love the USB charging.The BAD:There are 3 issues with the on/off button:1) it's the same color as the body of the flashlight so is can be hard to find in the dark.2) it is positioned is such a way that it can get turned on while stored in a bag or in a pocket, not good. It needs to be incorporated into the end cap like other flashlights. This would solve the location and accidental turn on issues.3) you have to cycle through all 3 lighting modes to get back to off.Additionally, as other reviewers noted, would be nice is it came with a lanyard.

First off it arrived scuffed up and there was dirt in the battery compartment.The zoom function is a screw twist that takes about three big twists to go from one end to the other making it a cumbersome process and the focused beam isn't very clean.The clip isn't worth a single cent for I've had it detach multiple times during my first day of using.There's no good warning it's about to die besides it just dying on you.If those to design flaws were fixed it would be a pretty darn decent flashlight, but I'll be sending it back.
