Wow-really works to soften rough feet
I'm very skeptical of cosmetic product claims, so I wasn't expecting too much from this product, which I had read about elsewhere. The article said that the urea in the product was made it work so well. I thought I'd give it try because all the lotions and creams I've tried have had very transient effects, i.e., and hour or two and then back to dry and cracked. I was really surprised the day after using this product to see that the soles of my feet were still soft and younger looking. I guess the urea really does make a difference. Great product.

Smooth skin like never before
I have one rough elbow that no amount of lotion ever seems to soften. Nothing would make it feel even slightly smooth or soft, not exfoliation, not expensive medicated lotions, nothing. Until Udderly Smooth 20% Urea. Now my elbow is soft and smooth and doesn't feel like a cheese grater (now isn't that a picture!).I also break out in hives from a sun allergy, and because I can't ever seem to stop myself, I always want to scratch, even though I know it will only make things worse. This cream helped heal my hive-covered, pock-marked skin, and now you can only see the faintest remnants of the hives that were once there.Sometimes this lotion can feel a little drying, so I use it mostly on my elbow during the day, and then all over at night when I go to bed, and I wake up with soft, smooth skin. It's definitely a product I'll be keeping in rotation in my skin-care regimen.

Good product
Nice product, does not pill during a massage, feels good afterwards. Wish it was a little bit thicker.

Multispecies useful!
I have been using this cream not for myself but for my Clydesdale horse. He developed a condition where the skin on his lower legs became very itchy, scaly and hyperkeratotic. I had to clip his feathers :-( as the long hair was hiding most of the problem in addition to preventing any topical treatment from reaching his skin. However, once clean shaven, scrubbed and treated for any potential parasites, this cream really did the trick in dissolving the scales and extra keratin that had been building up in the feathers and causing the itchiness. Being a Clydesdale I have so far used 6 jars on him. Now able to apply it 2-3 times a week instead of twice a day and his skin is now very soft and clear, only one bad spot left and getting smaller. Also my hands are totally awesome! :-P

Repeatedly sent 10% instead of 20% urea
I ordered 20% urea and got it. Worked like a charm. When I reordered it was only when I had already opened the jar that I noticed they had sent me 10% instead of 20% urea. Less effective and cheaper (I paid the higher price). I figured it was a one off mistake. When I reordered again, I was again sent 10%. I returned it and asked me a replacement. They again sent me 10% urea! Good product undermined by poor service. I'm moving on to another seller.

Relief at last!
Udderly Smooth with 20% Urea was recommended by my oncology nurse and pharmacist to assist with dry skin caused by my kinase inhibitor. I was skeptical at first, my medication causes "hand foot" syndrome, I have used many other products; Miracle Foot cream, Auquaphor, etc... in search of a product that works/helps to no avail. This stuff is amazing and works so well! I have been using the 20% urea cream for about 3 months now, I apply the cream morning and night, it totally softens and moisturizes my feet and hands making them soft and supple again...amazing! , Udderly Smooth Cream really works and I highly recommend their product.

Just as good as Gormel - so much cheaper!
My podiatrist told me to use a foot cream with urea for my dry, cracked feet due to dermatitis. She sold me a 2 oz jar of the Gormel cream which was about $6 an ounce. I found it on a Amazon in a 4 oz jar that came out to be about $4 an ounce. Then I saw the Udderly Smooth twin pack. Marist be sure of the urea content - most creams have 10% but the Gormel and this Udderly Smooth EXTRA CARE have 20% (the regular Udderly Smooth is cheaper but only contains 10% urea. To make sure you're getting the Extra Care, look for the pink bubble under the name on the jar - it should say Extra Care. I figured I would try it to see if it works as well as the Gormel and it does!!! The texture is a bit thinner than Gormel but I see no difference in the results. AND with the 8 oz jar Twin Pack, I paid around $1.40 per ounce, on free 2 day shipping with Amazon Prime. What a deal. The ad was a little tricky and I was skeptical, thinking they were showing two 8 oz tubs but the description wasn't exactly clear. I half expected to only receive one 8 oz tub, which still would have been a great deal and cheaper than Gormel. But I got two huge 8 oz tubs!! Amazing!!

Wrong cream sent
I ordered the Udderly Smooth with 20% urea and received the one with 10% urea. Still love the product, just was expecting the 20% urea as I am on oral chemo and the 20% works better for the hand and foot syndrome from the chemo as it moisturizes better.
