I lost my best friend, companion, partner in crime, my son Luigi. He was a little black n white chihuahua I had for 15 years. He passed at 17 just before thanksgiving. Absolutely broke my heart. The vets were very kind & understanding even emotional. He was cremated & the presented me with options & I just chose a nice basic lock box for his ashes. When I came back for them, they gave me the full top option no charge. Nose & paw prints framed, a collection of his fur & 3 very nice cards. I set up Luigis memorial area in my room & though that was all wonderful, I still wanted him with me. This urn necklace was perfect, beautiful & well made. The customization was a fantastic touch & all for a great price, even coming sooner then expected. It was a delicate procedure to place some of his fur & ashes into the vile that sits within, but absolutely worth it. Now Luigi, my little man, can still be with me everywhere I go.

I don't normally write reviews but this item I have to!!First off... I got this pendant and a another set to hold my mom's ashes almost a year ago. And they have held up very well!The chain popped on the one I ware by my own doing. I reached out to the company to see if I could just buy another chain to replace it.Not only was the person I spoke to super sweet and understanding they actually sent out a whole NEW pendant and chain !!! .and they didn't require me to pay for it!They stand by their products!I hope I never have to need pendants like these again. I lost my dad a few years ago, he taught me how to ride dirtbike when I was a kid. I got a little older, got my first motorcycle, and we rode side by side. He bought 2 Harleys, and we would ride all over together on them. Fast forward a bit, his health started to decline, and he unfortunately passed. Last year I picked up my first Harley Road Glide, and the second I bought it, I knew I needed him with me on my new Harley. I found this keychain urn that I attached to my clutch cable with a small black zip tie. As I ride, I'll reach up, give the urn a little rub, say a few words to him, and watch it swing in the wind, right where we always loved to be.There is a glass tube inside, and the gloss black base is very securely screwed into the top. Harleys vibrate, and this thing has never even come close to loosening itself up. I couldn't possibly recommend this keychain urn more!

I ordered this for my Chihuahua that passed so I can have him with me every day. It’s small enough and light enough that when it’s under your clothes. The chain is fairly slim and light however time will tell if it’s sturdy enough to hold up. I work in alarm system installation industry, we work in commercial sites quite a bit which means basically doing construction type work. Will have to wear it for a while to see how well it lasts.

I purchased 3 pendants and didn't open one of them for 7 months. When I opened it, the glass ash holder was somewhat tight inside the tube and I broke the tube getting it out. I notified the company and requested a new tube and suggested I was happy to pay for it. Instead of just sending a new tube, they sent me an entire new un-engraved pendant with a new glass tube that slipped right into my engraved pendant, at no charge! I really appreciate them backing their product from a purchase 7 months prior and will purchase from them again. Thank you!

It's really nice. You may want to trim the funnel. It's way too narrow to let anything through. (May be okay on human remains? I've never seen human remains, only cat. The remains of my cat weren't fine. Very coarse. I actually just used the funnel as a scoop)The chain feels very delicate. I plan to find a replacement. But for the price WITH customization, I can live with the chain being chinsey.

The gold outer part that holds the ashes is super thick and the screw is super thick. The chain part is nice as well. Pendant has a little weight to it which I like as well. I looked all over for a good urn necklace because I’m super picky and this necklace is legit.
