feels pretty good
My only complaint would be that my arms hit the bottles as I run but if I turn it around it's fine. But then the pouch is in back. my solution would be to redesign the bottles in back and pouch in front. But they all do it I think so maybe it's just me.

Excellent running belt
I am very impressed with this running belt and highly recommend it. Some serious thought went into the design. For example, it is very light weight, has silica gel padding against my body where the water bottles are held and has a pocket that contains three sub-pocket areas. The silica gel keeps the water bottles, which are the heaviest part of the belt when filled, from slipping, sliding and chaffing against me. The extra small strap that fits over the top of the water bottles is also simple and ingenious for keeping the bottles in place. The pocket fits my iPhone, some money and ID with room left over. I like the way the leftover ends of the belt can fold back on itself and through the loops so they don’t dangle. The floppy ends of my old running belt were always an annoyance. If I had to find something to improve, it would only be to add a short summary of the belt components to the packaging. This is minor and not a big deal. For example, there were two small cords handing from the belt on the front with a slider on each. I looked online and found out these were to be used to hold a racing number! Cool! But I had to do a little searching to find out what this extra feature was. Also included were a couple of plastic clips that I initially didn’t know what they were for. I did a little research and found these were clips for earbud wires which, by the way, the pocket allows earbuds to be attached to your phone and brought out through a small hole in the pocket. This is very convenient. So I have also used this while biking but turned it around so the pocket and bottles are in the back. I don’t rock climb, but imagine this is the way you would want to wear it for that activity as well. Bottom line, it’s light, well designed, versatile and an excellent value.

Great reflective running belt!
My mother is an avid runner so naturally she was over the moon coming upon this product. The belt doesn't just hold 1 water bottle but 2 water bottles that actually never fall out due to the double strings provided for protection. There's a drawstring located on lower bottom sides that you can tighten to hold in place as well as an elastic pull over that you put over the top of the bottle and it's not budging after that. This belt also comes with two headphone clips as a bonus gift to clip wires together when you're running, powerwalking or jogging. My mom uses the water bottles as extra weight while she stops at drinking fountains for her actual water. My mom has been an exercise fanatic all her life so she appreciates when a company understands the lifestyle & makes well made products that make their customers life easier. The front zipper in contains 2 extra organizer pockets for wallet, phone or keys. My mother said she used to stuff her phone in her bikini during beach runs, now there's a place to put it. There's also an access point in the front pouch for your earphones to go through so you can listen to music while you run. Belt is reflective for nighttime use. As you can see in the photo I've provided there's silicone bumps on the back of the belt, this held ensure there's no chafing from too mugvh bounce and keeps it securely on your hips. Belt is comfortable to wear, lightweight & aesthetically pleasing. You can use the belt for more than just running such as hikes, strolls, festivals or anywhere where you don't want to carry a bag. Overall would totally recommend this product.

Enough Water For My Hour Walk & A Place For My Key & ipod Touch
This is pretty comfortable on my hour walk and it holds enough water -- 18 ounces between the two little bottles. With two smaller water bottles, the weight is evenly distributed, which is nice. The water stays cold if I stick the bottles in the refrigerator overnight and pull them out right before the walk -- it's already in the 80's (degrees) here (Florida) in the morning now. The pocket is perfect for my key and ipod touch. The pocket is thickly padded and has a pass-thru hole, that's rubberized against rain, for an earphones cord. Behind the bottles, the belt is coated and rubberized to keep the cold away from one's body and prevent bounce if you're a jogger. The belt has a small section of elastic for stretch and comfort and the clasp slides together and is quick release. I like that the water bottles are BPA free. I think the materials and construction are great. Interesting design!

Very nice belt for running or walking in the heat.
We live in the desert southwest so hydration is very important. Also with headphones and phones it seems you are running and walking with more stuff. This belt is a well thought out and designed solution. The materials are good quality and the metal zipper glides smoothly. My phone is a bigger Samsung, but it still just fits snuggly into the phone pocket, the fit it a bit tighter than I would like but it gets in there. The belt has places for your keys and let's say you use this not for running but for walking the dog you can find places for tissues and poop bags. I like that you can hang your keys on the outside of the belt if you wish. The tags for a race number is a nice touch too. The fit around the waist was more comfortable than I thought it would be. Water bottles hold about 9 ounces and are good for a run in the heat or again if you are using to walk your dogs you could squirt water into the dogs mouths too. The slanted design on the bottles caps are great as my arms did not touch them as I ran and or walked. I was concerned that would be an issue, but it was not. When it is not 100 degrees I prefere not running with bottles, but you have no choice sometimes in the desert, so this belt is a good solution to having to have water and not worrying about extra weight, bulk or my arms hitting the bottles. Running or walking or hiking with this belt is good. Whoever designed this belt put a lot of thought into it. Again, my only real critical issue is that the phone pocket is a bit tight for bigger phones.
