FITSY® Adjustable Forearm Strengthener Wrist Exerciser Equipment for Upper Arm Workout and Strength Training

The title is misleading. Even though product quality looks good, the package mentions that instruction manual is included but there was no manual. Secondly, the title mentions that it is adjustable but after using it for 3 days, I could not find what is adjustable about it especially when there is no user manual.

The forearm strengthener is solid and serves the purpose. I found you can also put your hand through under-over and lift the handle with the back of the hand to exercise the opposite muscles. I find the rubber tube that covers the forearm side of the spring to be a little hard on the forearm, perhaps it could be softer.

Good but light tight it hurts the forearm little... but built quality is good...

Beginners must wear a good quality wrist band ,to support the wrist.CONS:CUSHION could have been slightly better.PROS:1st - Quality is very good2nd- Very handy and gives good result ( to the muscles) in the long run.RECOMMENDATION : Ofcourse spend you buck on this, if you want.

Good quality product. Great for your forearms and grip strength.

Very high tension. Very rigid. Product overall seems to be of cheap build. If you have injured your wrist or have wrist pain do not buy this product.

Does what its meant for. Removed one star because i think the foam given for grip will not last long.
