Screen Protector Compatible with LG G2 (3-Pack) Clear HD Shield Anti-Bubble and Anti-Fingerprint PET Film

You know how you read product claims like, "Anti-bubble" and they're so ubiquitous and false that you just dismiss them anymore and don't even pay attention to them, like I do? Well, was I ever surprised when my clumsy fingers and my just as clumsy luck stumbled upon this gem of a screen protector that actually LIVED UP TO ITS PROMISE. A few days ago, on a jog (on a blacktop highway shoulder, no less), I took a fall on my beloved LG G2 (told you I was clumsy) and totally shattered the glass. Swiping was history, as was the device and its stupid, overpriced $28 Incipio case that I had bought from Verizon (because it was the only one that I could find for Verizon's dumb idea to modify On/Off/Volume rocker buttons).Asurion insurance to the rescue, and I had a new G2 in my hands a couple of days later. I put on the iLLumiShield today, and it was actually a breeze, an unheard of event for me with screen protectors, the application of which usually has me swearing a blue streak and scaring my cats. It normally takes me many tries with many a wasted package. My last screen protector was an overpriced ($27 Best Buy) ZAGG InvisibleSHIELD, claiming Afghanistan combat-like protection and complete with a fluid that was supposed to increase the adherence and performance. It was so high-tech that the Best Buy people had to apply it for me in the store.In contrast, this iLLumiShield went on in seconds, with only one application with my clumsy fingers, no profanity, animals sleeping peacefully nearby, and really was anti-bubble like it claimed! I had just eaten greasy fried chicken, not bothering to wash my hands before using this (bad me), only wiping them on a paper towel, and this thing really was "oil-resistant" because there was only one smudge at the edge which easily came off with tape.Let me tell you, I have never had an experience like this where I could just pull apart two plastic shields, unlike the usual three, place the shield easily on the screen, and see only one or two bubbles (I'm not kidding here) that I was able to just as easily clear with the enclosed "squeegee" card. Also (and this is important), the fact that this shield is actually 1-2mm smaller all around than the actual G2 screen is a huge plus because it enables you to completely center the iLLumiShield and place it more accurately on the screen. That was very smart on the part of the manufacturer. It is super clear and seems to render the beautiful pixelation of the device even more sharp and crisp.Absolutely, definitely, unhesitatingly recommended! This is the best phone screen protector I have ever had in the past 15 years! The seller was Talkie Tech, Inc. The three screen protectors came very securely packaged in their original sealed retail iLLumiShield stiff cardboard envelope that easily prevents being bent during shipping. (This has happened to me in the past with screen products other than iLLumiShield and the screen protectors arrived in an unusable condition. A bubble wrap manila shipping envelope is just not stiff enough prevent the unprotected product from being bent and creased.)The screen protectors are very well cut to fit the screen hole details and are much thicker, less flimsy, and stiffer to bend than other brands. The increased firmness/stiffness of the plastic material makes it comparatively much easier to position/reposition the screen protector and much more likely to be applied without bubbles. I was able to initially place and then reposition the screen protector with absolutely no problems on the very first try! The couple of small bubbles that did remain after repositioning were very easily removed with the supplied cardboard squeegee tool. Once applied on to the screen, the surface looks like glass and responds perfectly to finger gestures.With cheaper quality brands, the first couple of screen protectors are absolute disasters with many bubbles everywhere that refuse to be removed with the squeegee tool. I end up having to take them off and discard them in the trash. I waste more than half of them before I finally get one applied that has a tolerable number of bubbles.I particularly appreciated the iLLumiShield product description image accurately depicted the true position of the cutout holes. With other brands, I am never sure what the screen protector holes will really look like until I actually got it delivered.I like the iLLumiShield brand so much that I am only going to use them from now on. The budget brands are terrible in comparison and are simply not worth it, no matter how many poor quality screen protectors they include in their package.

I earlier had a matte screen protector for my LG G2. It was not that good. I got that mainly because there won't be any reflection but the screen became a bit dull. So I bought this screen protector. What a difference! the screen is so shiny and beautiful. Also the screen protector is so buttery smooth and you have a nice feeling while using it. I have never seen a screen protector of this quality.My only gripe is that the protective film on top of it didn't not come out easily. The sticker tab that they provided got ripped off and I had to manually separate it from the screen protector to peel it off (it happened for the second one I tried too). I wasted one protector as I got a bubble and a spec of a dust inside it. I was putting it while I was in a steamy bathroom but still a spec of a dust got into it (dang!). Anyway, the second one went fine and there were no issues. This is a good brand and made in USA (for a change! :) ). I had earlier bought Skinomi and other top brands but they all usually come as one protector pack and if you fail to put them on without bubbles which you will probably do the first time then you have to go begging them to send a replacement. So it's a good idea to buy screen protectors that come in a pack of 3 or 5. And install them inside a bathroom after letting how water out of the shower for sometime to get the bathroom steamy - that way there won't be dust in the air. Also google for "screen protector hinge method" to find out how to put them perfectly.
