Question whether the necklace was actually 14 K gold?
There appeared to be the letter "D" at the end of the name. The name didn't end in the latter "D" but an "a". If the name plate was 14 k gold then why was there a black stain left on the neck after wearing it.

LOVE IT, I was hesitant at first but i was so wrong, I ordered this for my daughter who really wanted one, she does have a long name so that may make a difference in how it looks. We got the necklace in one day and it came in a very pretty box. Its just so pretty,
