Forget what I said before! Once I took the stopper out of it, it worked just fine. Dispensing is quick and mostly hearty (M&Ms are ideal). I never tried any other candy. But I don't doubt the candy hearts would have worked just fine. I recommend this for no-contact candy dispensing. Before, I wrote, "I bought this because of its no-contact feature. I thought it would be nice to offer those little conversation hearts to my co-workers as Valentine's treats. But it will not dispense them. Apparently, they are too big or too heavy to be dispensed, even though the photos show mixed nuts. I can't imagine that being successful. I will try again with M&Ms. IF that doesn't go well, then I will update my rating."

They do not work as advertised. The very few times they have spit out the candy it won’t stop and just keeps on pouring. That again is again the very few times it has actually even spit any candy out. It has become a display case where you can see the candy you’re about to pour from the top of the bowl into your hand. As in manually picking up the tiny thing and dumping it through the fill hole back into your hand. Very cheaply made, takes way too many batteries for what it is and don’t plan on Putting anything larger than a skittle into it for the few times it will spit some out or it will get jammed up and you nearly have to break it to get the stuck candy back out. Crap, don’t buy it.

This automatic candy dispenser is a huge hit in our house! It works perfectly for M&Ms, and the kids absolutely love using it. It’s fun, convenient, and keeps little hands from digging into the candy bowl—which is a win in my book. That said, I’ve purchased two of these over the years, and both have only lasted about 2 to 3 years before they stopped working. It doesn’t seem to be a battery issue—it feels like a gear or internal part just wears out or strips. A bit disappointing, but considering the price, it’s not a deal-breaker. For how much enjoyment we get out of it, I’m okay with replacing it now and then. Overall, it’s a great little gadget—just don’t expect it to last forever.

MY boss loves this. But! It came way late. Had to return and buy at a store.

I bought this for my husband to keep a little treat on his work desk but also to share with co workers. This was the best way I could think to keep it sanitary. Regular mm’s fit really well or mini. Anything bigger gets stuck.

Does not work. Candy constantly getting stuck. With no locking mechanism the dome will pop off if you're not securing it. Do not recommend.

Excellent!! Only thing is I use these for nuts dispenser and so the larger nuts can’t come through as easily.

Product works, but you'll be replacing the battery literally every day. We barley used the machine and the batteries would be done in a day.
