Powder is better
I have bought the powder version multiple times so I tried the capsules. You get less serving with the capsules and it doesn’t give you the energy that the powder did. Plus you sit there and burp a nasty taste. The powder I think actually tastes good

I spent $100 on bottles of this product and overall I saw no results. Expected to see at least some results but saw zero. This with walking 5 - 7 miles a day. Good news, you don't get the shakes or feel amped up with these supplements.

Stuff works!! You don't want it to be too strong or it will strip out your muscles in your body and that's no bueno. This one doesn't do that, it works.
