Thin silicone material. I feel like it's a one time use or a couple but not a long term use. Protects from water splash. It's light weight and easy to use.

Fit is good, product rips easily.
When I put my shoes in them and tried to adjust the toe and heel to fit snugly over the shoe the shoes cover ripped. I hadn’t even had a chance to wear them yet. I wear a size 11 men’s shoe and although they covers fit snugly, if you attempt to pull to fit they tear.

Wet cold feet
Slippery when wet! Once it started raining the ground got extra slick and somehow my feet still got wet.
