Skateboard Collective 8.5" Blank Skateboard Deck Random Top/Natural Bottom, Self-Customizable Skateboard Deck, 7-Ply Maple Construction, Random Topsheet Color

Well, luckily this was going to be an art piece... unusable curve for skating. However it's labeled and advertised as a "random top sheet colour" with natural bottom and its.... not. It's black on the bottom, natural on top, and a random brand logo smack dab in the middle of the bottom, raised and hideous. Don't buy this board even for art.

Board has no pop. It also measures almost 3/8” wider than the size I ordered. I bought 2 different blank decks from 2 different manufacturers, and the moose brand blank is 100x better. I guess you could use these for a project or a decorative piece but if you plan on riding it, you will be disappointed

You get what you pay for. It’s only a $30 amazon deck. It was a little steeper than the deck I skated prior, but was easy to get used to. It was a nice deck for the first two days. It then chipped on the nose. It was a good deck, and still is, I’m just a bit upset it chipped so easily.EDIT: It chipped again after a week, without skating it hard after just riding it around campus.After a few more days of skating (i dont ride hard or slam my tail to stop) it chipped again on the nose and developed a really sharp tail, making it to the middle ply. This deck was built 8 days ago, and will not last me another two weeks.EDIT 2: 15 days after being built it is completely destroyed. layer seperation on both nose and tail, and led to severe chipping. should have spent the extra $10 at a local skateshop. Buying blanks isn’t always the easiest way on getting a skateboard. For example, this 8.5 is heavy, barely has a nose and tail and the concave is horrible. I will never purchase another blank deck from this company again. I even gripped it and the grip tape came off right away before I even got it put together…..🤦🏼‍♂️

Just got this, so we'll see how it lasts, but it looks like a really solid board and looks great. My son got it for a project to put all together. Really happy with this board so far.
