The durable porcelain enamelled lid retains heat and features a built-in thermometer taking the guess work out of grilling. Inside, you 'll find a durable cast iron cooking grid, that seasons itself, becoming non-stick through continued use. Below the grid, porcelain flame tamers protect the burners and distribute heat evenly across the cooking surface.
