The Truck Book

This is a classic book for truck loving toddlers. Read to my children and now to my grandchild. No fancy noises - just great pics that names all the various vehicles- which your little one will remember!

From the illustrations to the words, my kids absolutely love this book. The pictures are awesome. The material is interesting and I’m forced to read this before bedtime every single night.

This book is so awesome for truck lovers. My 2 year old son is obsessed with construction equipment, garbage trucks, etc. and the price was awesome ($3.50), so I bought it for him knowing it was paperback. He is not very careful, so it has bent a bit and he ripped a spread out that I was able to tape back in. If my husband remembers, he can take it to work and use the big book stapler to fix it, but for now the tape is holding. I wish this was available in a board book or a paperback with sturdier paper. I would definitely pay more for a more durable option. Despite the super low price, I am still deducting a star because it's so flimsy and I worry it won't last long. I wish I could leave this in the child-accessible book shelf, but for now we are keeping it out of reach so it doesn't get destroyed. Older kids who know how to handle books shouldn't have any issues.

My 2 yr old grandson loves all types of vehicles! We had a much loved & worn original version of this book. I knew I just had to get a replacement & this book doesn’t disappoint. The pictures are very engaging & interesting & our grandson loves it!

He thinks is it great fun to read before bedtime. Just a great book for a vehicle minded child.

This was THE favorite book in the house when my four sons were little. My husband and I can recite it in our sleep. Now we have two grandchildren, the youngest- a boy. I also got this for a sweet couple up the street for their son along with some trucks to hold while its being read (you GOT to have one in each hand!) The pictures are perfect, the descriptions are captivating, and yes- this will be the book you can let them have in bed to look at until they fall asleep. I do wish it came in a nice hard cover, but at this price- GET TWO!
