Love these! But definitely a few things to be aware of. 1. You will still need pads to put in these...a regular pad cut in half works great. 2. They can still poop out of the diaper. 3. As you can see...I had to use a roach clip to hold her panties up or they scooch to the back and fall off. I attached the clip and string to a comfortable harness that doesn’t put any pressure on her neck. Only takes a few seconds to hook.Otherwise these have saved many a mess!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE CLOTH DIAPERS!!!!!!! I have ordered from several different companies and several different styles of diapers for my 12lb female Shih Tzu. There are several that work, but they are stiff and rub her raw at the top of her hip joint. These are so soft! They also have a built in pocket in the crotch area to stick a CLOTH or paper pad to catch the urine. I am currently using natural cotton paper pads. I have been looking into the stack of cloth ones they now sell as a bundle on Amazon! I really hate doing the diaper thing, but after 2 1/2 years of cleaning up puddles every time my husband gets home from anywhere; work, store, watering a tree for 10 minutes, even taking a shower! I have given in to her happy puddles, and she now wears these during the day! She is fine at night, and is potty trained all except for when she sees her favorite person in the world. If I didn't have carpet I would just let her do her thing and then just wipe it up. I wouldn't put these on without a pee pad in them, they are thinner material, but are still strong and lasting, but that is exactly why I like them,are so soft for her little legs!

We have a 4 lb teacup Yorkie who tends to "mark." We keep her in a diaper when we're not around, simply adding 1/3 of a maxi pad as a liner. Keep in mind our small yorkie doesn't pee much-- typically just 1-2 TB. This brand of diaper has a strong, durable velcro that wears well even through repeated use and washings. Also, the knit fabric is soft, breathable and comfortable for her. (Some other diapers we've seen are very stiff-- almost like a twill/canvas fabric that does not seem comfortable.) The only thing I'd recommend with this particular brand is the tail opening. I'd prefer it to be more OBLONG vs circular, that way IF the dog happens to poop it doesn't lodge in the diaper. (Again, this is a preference for our dog's situation as it has happened where the poop lodges in the diaper partially, but some comes out making quite a mess.) We've purchased brands where the opening is longer, allowing the tail to come through and also NOT blocking if she happens to poop.

So... my boxer, this bitch, has a docked tail and a skinny little waist. Apparently a tail must be necessary to keep this diaper in place. Its the only thing that's not covered after 3.5 steps away is her discount pasta shell shaped dog cooter. It's bad enough having to explain the necessity of the dog diaper to our 4 year old but these things just strangle her grotesquely enlarged Trampy bits and created a real unsavory uneasiness as I now find myself screaming "DONT SIT THERE - YOUR COOT-COOTS OUT!". She's embarrassed, Im embarrassed for her... Otherwise, they appear well constructed and handled the washing machine without incident. They're not meant to be absorbent, so no points lost there.

After purchasing half a dozen different brands, this one is by far my fav for my 15-16lb diabetic toy poodle who leaks a puddle when she sleeps. These are thinner than the others, which in my opinion is the best thing about them I searched and searched for this feature! I do not need or want all the bulk I found in the other brands, it made them too heavy in the rear and they fall off or so bunched in the crotch they were uncomfortable. The price and speed of shipping a big plus! These are perfect with a panty liner inserted into the pocket. They are soft with a little stretch making them the most comfortable of all that I've tried to date. You can snug them up enough to prevent slipping but as she moves/lays down they give a little to keep her comfortable, like stretch jeans, even skin tight you can still breathe when you sit down because of the stretch. While these would probably leak thru if she actually peed in them but the beauty of these is that if you need more absorbency you simply insert a thicker pad. Measuring her she measured A=17 waist, B=5, and C=7. I ordered both the M & S the Small was the perfect fit. So my suggestion is to be sure the waist is large enough but pay much attention to the other two measurements.

These are great !Fit well and stay on. They do have a really funky smell when wet but you know then that it needs changed. Diapers wash great no shrinkage. Really easy on and take off and she has not been able to take off herself.I did try others that had fun prints don't let the prints suck you in they are not as good as these.We have a 10 pound mini Yorkie (she is over weight) and needed retrained after a move. We got a size small.
