2018 Apple iPad Pro (12.9-inch, Wi-Fi, 256GB) - Silver (Renewed)

I have to say that I was not very optimistic about this. I am taking music lessons online and wanted a tablet with a large screen that I could use while I am practicing. But since I will be using this tablet for a very specific function I did not want to spend a lot of money. I decided to try this, thinking I was going to get a tablet that was not very useful or in bad shape. I was wrong. I am very satisfied with the tablet I got. It looks and feels like brand new. Granted, I am only using it for a very narrow purpose but I can tell that it would do all what you expect a modern tablet to do.

I’ve always wanted to own a 12.9 inch iPad Pro but the price for a new one was always way too expensive for me. I never thought I would actually get to own one day until I decided to take a look at the refurbished market. I was very hesitant to buy one since I have never owned or purchased a refurbished product before. Especially after reading some of the bad reviews on here it made me have some serious doubts that I would ever be satisfied with one. However, after reviewing the 90 day return policy I figured I could just return it and get my money back if I wasn’t happy with it so I decided to pull the trigger and oh boy, I am so happy I did!I bought the 2018 256gb 12.9 inch iPad Pro WiFi only model with the excellent condition description. It was delivered 2 days earlier than the original estimated delivery date and they actually sent me the Wi-Fi plus cellular model even though I paid for just the Wi-Fi one but hey I am not complaining lolI don’t know if I just got lucky with mine but I am honestly blown away with the condition, it literally looks brand new and I cannot find any scratches on the body or on the screen. All 4 speakers work and are loud and clear. The microphones, camera, screen brightness and responsiveness, and battery work flawlessly and I cannot find anything wrong with it. I don’t know if the previous owner took excellent care of it or if it was refurbished very extensively or what but I am so grateful and happy with my purchase.I bought Apple’s USB-C charger for it so I can’t speak of the charger that comes in the box. I also bought the Apple Smart Folio case for it at Walmart for $30 and also put a screen protector on it right away. I feel like I have a brand new iPad Pro in my hands for half the price of a brand new one. This 2018 iPad Pro is still very fast and worth it in 2023. The A12X bionic processor is still blazing fast and the 120Hz screen refresh rate makes it feel even faster. It feels like I am using the latest iPad generation model especially after installing iPadOS 16.2 on it which also includes Stage Manager (this is the oldest iPad Pro model that supports Stage Manager)Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I would highly recommend! But there was a tiny crack in the bottom of screen. So small I didn’t even see it until my daughter pointed it out to me.i figured it was only going to get bigger so I had to return it. The return was easy thanks to amazon

I was a little concerned about purchasing a “renewed” iPad but I needed to replace an old iPad and I had an extra keyboard for iPad Pro through work. I was looking to pay in the $500 range so this was an option. I’m glad I took a chance. The iPad is great for what I need. My concern was the battery life and so far it’s been fine for my needs. I travel a lot and use the iPad for downloaded shows and movies and the battery has held up. Longest flight was 6 hours and I didn’t even start with it being fully charged.Also the iPad looks totally new. No scratches that I could see. As I said though it was going into a keyboard case anyway but the screen is flawless. Would definitely recommend chancing with a “renewed” iPad if you don’t care if you have the latest and newest.

I don’t do a lot of reviews but this needs to be said. Purchased a "renewed” IPad Pro 3rd Gen. Item arrived non-functional. The port is broken meaning it’s incapable of charging and recognizing anything. How does an Ipad with a broken port THAT WONT EVEN CHARGE get qualified to resell?I thought maybe it was just dirty so I made an appointment with Apple to bring it in to a local Best Buy where they tested it - yep, busted port. The best part? Now I have to pay the return shipping fee. Ridiculous. Sorry to say, I cannot recommend spending half a thousand dollars on Amazon for this product.

I love my iPad! I am a die-hard iPad fan and this is the first iPad I’ve bought with a larger screen. Usually I stick with the mini, but this is so much better for games and books. I should’ve done this a long time ago! It arrived quickly and professionally packaged. I’ve had zero issues since I activated it. I’m totally pleased.

Love this product and works great. Had no issue and came in great condition
