60X Custom Strings39 5/8" Barnett Quad 400 Crossbow Bow String BCY D97

So i had my strings replaced on my quad 400. The 2 cables were factory barnett strings (i already had) and used the 60x brand for the string. It was considerably smaller than the origional that was taken off of it. Lasted about 30 shots and snapped fracturing a limb and smacking me in the face. I contacted 60x and he chuckled and informed me he gets 4 calls a week average with this issue and he informed me i CLEARLY dry fired the bow. Why sell a product that has a fail rate that high? All in all $20 extra (for barnett brand) and a few extra weeks lead time cost me a bow.
