Very good dashi bags. Way easier than making dashi stock from scratch, as it works like a tea bag, and much more quality and flavour intensity than powdered dashi in little bags.

Easy to use packages for dashi. Just add boiling water and soak. I soak longer than instructed. Very mild flavour, hence only 4 stars.

I know these can be used for a lot of different meals, but for the most part I make a bowl of stir fry veg (uncooked), rice noodles, this bag, and some fresh chilli, ginger & tumeric. Just pour boiling water into the (preheated) bowl and wait a minute and you get pot noodles but very healthy and natural.

Really handy for making Ramen. If you haven’t tried Ramen, give it a go. It’s easy and you’ll love the experience not just the food. Use good organic Ramen noodles

Really convenient and tastes very good. Great for soup for noodles.

Good price. The product is nice and easy to use. The only deficit is that the fish smell is too strong and you need to use some herbs or wine to cover it.

Will make your entire apartment smell like a fish market but it's worth it!I always wondered why my miso soup never tasted like in the restaurants, now that I know the secret of Dashi I prefer it homemade! Can't wait to explore more uses for these packets!
