Great Looking Grille installed on 2013 F150 XLT
The grille fits nice and is finished with a nice matte black. After a few little (but frustrating) install details, it came out very nice. This has nothing to do with the product, but I initially had reservations with the matte black grille on my tuxedo black truck. After the install though, I am very happy with the look. I will list some details on the install so you know what you’re getting into...A few P.I.T.A. install notes:EmblemRemoving my existing emblem to install in the new grille was way more difficult than I expected. There are two (2) 10mm “nuts” that fasten the emblem on the grill, but there are also grooves that the emblem has on the stems that the nuts tread onto that catch on tabs in the grille itself. This added measure of fastening is not evident to the naked eye and I couldn't find any vids online with deets on this headache when it wouldn’t just come off after the nuts were removed. I ended up breaking the tabs on the old grille to get it loose. I also happened to have broken the fastening tabs that insert into the hood when I was trying to pry the grille off after the bolts were removed. Maybe I’m a little too rough, but I wasn’t trying to be…so a little heads up cause both of those removal steps aren’t as easy as I think they should be.The emblem area on the new grille is not easily accessible from the back of the grill since it is fastened onto the honeycomb portion. The instructions tell you to work the 10mm nuts on the emblem through the honeycomb…I couldn't do that because it was impossible. I ended up removing the forward most piece of the grille assembly to be able to fasten the emblem and then reattaching it to main assembly again (there are plastic brackets that attach it). Another step that took too long based on the instructions. A plus is that if you want to change your grille look, you can always remove the emblem piece and get a refresh!!!Wiring LEDsThere are other grilles that come with the same style LED grille lights that apparently have instructions on how to tap into a constant 12v, but this specific grille didn’t come with instructions on how to connect the wires, it tells you to consult a qualified professional. If you already have some wiring know how it’s not a big job. I did have to extend the wires with a piece of stranded 2 conductor to be able to reach my left headlight wires.Other than those (2) road bumps the install is very easy and straight forward, highly recommended!

Good Little Flashlight!
I can't complain for the money. The lumen rating seems honest enough. It comes on in the brightest mode. The mode changing is unique. While on high, hold the button down and it slowly dims and then flashes when it reaches lowest lighting mode. Once you reach the lowest mode and continue holding the button down it will slowly brighten back up to the highest mode and flash again when it gets there. At any time while holding the button down, just release and stay on that mode. A double click anytime with flashlight on or off will go straight to strobe. This light is a blend of spot and flood. It has a very noticeable hot spot with a good enough flood to see very well. When the light is on the button stays lighted up a nice green. When charging it flashes red and lights up green when charged via the internal charging system. The battery can be removed and charged in a regular charger designed for 18650 batteries. Having both options is nice, if you buy a charger. It does come with a cheap battery and small charging cable. Any android charging cable will charge it, in the car, house or a computer. I'm not sure how long the battery will last, but in my experience cheap batteries won't run as long. Not a big deal at this price range. I paid $12.99 and the light is worth the price without a battery. I'm sure a lot of people will do fine with the included battery if only using the light every now and again. I'm serious about flashlights; my batteries usually cost as much or more than the some of these cheaper flashlights. Nothing wrong with cheaper flashlights as I'm a collector of all kinds; more expensive and less expensive; brighter and less bright. The best flashlight are the ones that actually work and stay working when you really need them. I haven't had this flashlight long so I can't say much on the lifespan yet. It seems pretty well made, so hoping it doesn't fail. I can't really find any cons to this light. I just wanted to put another review out for this light because there was only one review. I like flashlights and reading reviews on them before buying and watching YouTubevideos when available. The big name brands are usually always available on YouTube, these cheaper lights, not so much. I couldn't find one on this one but figured what the heck and bought it anyhow. It's not the brightest light in my collection but the only one with the unique dimmer feature so it's a keeper and remember for the price and with a battery included and the stand alone charging capability this flashlight can't be beat. This light was $14.99 before it lowered to the $12.99 that I paid. If it would get to or past $20 in the future then I'd have to recommend a few of my other flashlights that outperform this one; then again I guess it depends if some weird price hike in flashlights would happen then that would all change. As the current market is on flashlight prices, this flashlight for $15 or less makes it a good buy.
