I am happy with the price per micrograms of this L-Lycine. It might be worth mentioning the pills are notably... LARGE. However, I chew them easily alyho they aren't directed on the labeling as chewable

The pills are big so if you have issues swallowing large pills you might want to get a pill cutter as well BUT they do what they are supposed to do in terms of the supplement itself

Serves great for the purpose I bought them for! Larger pill though. Great for calcium retention and post workout! It has great HSV benefits too I hear!

Supplement, no odor, a bit too big. If you have an issue swallowing large pills, this may not be for you or you may have to split them.

L-Lysine is a great treatment for cold sores. For me, if I feel a cold sore coming on, but it has not erupted yet, I take 4 tables with water and the cold sore goes away. Now I might have to take three such treatments, but this stuff is amazing. And this product has a relatively long shelf life of many years, although I keep all such products in a refrigerator to slow down the aging process. I don't get cold sores very often, but when I do, this is the trick. I won't be without it.

I have had a bad lump inside my lower lip that just wasn’t going away, my dentist didn’t seem concerned as it was a Mucocele caused by trauma- I was constantly accidentally biting it and yes, it was always traumatic. I searched the internet about it and found I could have surgery to fix it or try this supplement. After 2 days it’s reduced in size and I haven’t bit it at all, the skin is “loose” in that area since it had been a problem for months, but hopefully it will totally return to normal. I’ll keep taking the supplement until then.

So far, it is working well with my system and the other natural products I am taking as well!
