Double check the washers. Great product!
Prefect replacement. The washers that come with the new valves are slightly smaller than the original ones. It is due to the fact that the washer mating surface on the valve body is not as big as the older valves. If your original washers are not damaged. Just pop them off and put them on the new valve.

Exact replacement
This replaced a worn out stem. Works very well and is priced very fairly.

Perfect fit for my shower cold water valve
Great fit!! I made my choice by reading all the helpful reviews, so took a chance and got the valve in about 3 days, it fit like a glove , but don’t forget to change the seat coupling, then the valve, using plumbers tape for the threads as well. No dripping faucet now!!

Warning - this may not be right for you
This is an excellently made product but make sure you understand the difference between the hot and cold side AND whether you have handles or knobs that will attach to the stems. If you have handles then the stems should turn on in different directions, if you have knobs then both sides turn on in the same direction. Pfister no longer makes a stem like this for the hot side that turns opposite from the cold side. So if you have handles then it may be annoying if you choose to use this stem for both sides.

It arrived damaged and the packaging was good and and had no damage to it. So clearly it was damaged before it was packaged and shipped. I'm going to see if I can make it work though possibly swamp some parts with the original one that I'm swapping out!
