Have not tasted the lemon ones yet but every bar this company makes is great tasting and well balanced nutritiously. Since I love lemons, I expect this one is great too Glad to support a Canadian company as well!

One of my favorite protein bars. All flavors so far very good. Maybe a little too sweet but the flavor is true. The lemon taste is fresh and pure,not heavy or soapy like some others. Tastes great chilled. Recommended

Tasty, good protein 😋

I have lived a very healthy lifestyle for 8 years now. I diet and exercise daily. Calorie counting every single day. Cardio/weightlift 5 times a week. With that being said, I am very used to eating lean or diet type foods. If someone isn’t used to dieting or calorie restriction then this probably isn’t going to taste as good to them. For me...... this is an AMAZING protein bar! I love the lemon taste and the dipped coating over the bar gives it different textures and makes the bar feel less like a diet food and makes it taste simply luxurious! This is the best protein bar I have ever had and I will continue to keep buying this until they quit making them. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their diet and replacing real cake with a healthier alternative. I love lemon cake and I haven’t had it in nearly ten years, so this is a dream come true and definitely the closet thing to the Real cake experience you can get in a protein bar!

These lemon cake bars taste awful. The frosting is hard to describe. Just tastes fake. Like glue. That inside bar has a hint of lemon smell and flavor, but otherwise also tastes fake. I wasted my money on ordering these. I opened one and took two bites and threw it out. I gave one to my husband and he tasted it and spit it out. I do not recommend that you buy these bars. There are so many protein bars that actually taste good and are good for you. No sense in punishing yourself to try to eat these!!!! Maybe the ingredients are good, but it's impossible to eat a whole bar.

I've tried most of the flavors of this line, including the limited edition flavors. I like some better than others, but this is definitely my favorite, right up there alongside peppermint bark (please make that one a regular!). Just as satisfying as a candy bar but more filling, and no weird aftertaste like some protein bars can get. I hope they keep selling it forever. ETA: I've ordered these six times now and have had issues a few times. Once, I got 6 bars instead of 12 and had to contact Amazon for a replacement, but that was handled promptly; it has also happened with other flavors. I've also gotten a batch of the darker colored lemon bars, which are almost light orange on the outside instead of the expected creamy white. They don't taste awful, but also aren't as good as the originals. I really hope it was a fluke and not a new recipe.
