Looks like quality
I own various Dakine products and this appears to be up to their typical high standard products. Unfortunately, the screws are to long and have finer threads than the OEM ones on my Ride snowboard with Ride EX bindings. I gave them to a friend who has a different board setup. On a side note, I called Ride's 800 number and they are shipping me the hardware for free.

So this product is not bad but not great. I wax my snowboard before each trip therefor I loosen and tighten my bindings A LOT during the season. These don't seem to last too long, about 2 months before they stripped loosening and re-tightening them at least once a weak.Based on the other products out there, this is the best one I just wish it didn't strip so fast.

Did the job they were supposed to do and did it well.
Sure, the colors are a bit goofy but the hardware is well-made and has the blue loc-tite already on them. I needed something in a hurry and these were the fastest option. I am not too sure what rasta themed hardware has to do with snowboarding but the screws were a very solid P3 head that was easy to drive and secure.

These are great with no issues. I would double check what length screws you should get for your bindings and board. They make shorter screws. On one board and binding combo of mine these were too long which was my fault as a rookie. The washers are nice, fancier than plain washers and sturdy.

It's hardware.
My bindings are screwed down to my board. Like any hardware, they successfully function as bolts and washers. Looks gnar. Color has held up pretty good.

Perfect
We left our bind screws at the hotel in Austria after a few days of snowboarding. I was able to find the size i needed for my bindings and these came very soon after I ordered them.Thanks!

wrong size! waste of money
I have no idea which metric system is used by the company, but the screws are definitely not 14mm. Does not fit my snowboard. Does not make any sense to return, because of delivery costs. So, waste of money.
