I was looking for a low calorie, low fat, and natural snack, when I came across these popped lotus seeds. They have are like puffs but crunchy, so delicious and tasty, and keep you full!! I can’t believe I hadn’t tried them before

I've been eating popped lotus seed snacks since they started to pass out samples in the UK. I never tried this brand before but it's one of the few available online now. While they're not as airy as the ones I'm used to, it does pack a punch with its density, flavor and price. I am kind of addicted to the vegan cheese now and have to eat a bag daily. I have GI issues but this doesn't upset my GI tract at all. I'm a fan of that flavor and the cocoa but some of the cocoa ones in the mixed variety were stale.The plain is just gross so I top it with olive oil, salt, and vegan deactivated yeast flakes. They need to do something better with this one because it's not really edible as is. The smoky thai is spicy.

Ordre a box of each to try. Have to say I love the cheesy vegan and the salt and cacao the most, the smoky is great if you want a bit of a heat kick and the lightly salted as little bite. Great little snack, you get a lot out of one bag and with only 80 or so calories better than a whole bag of popcorn or crisps. Great alternative for me.

Met the owners of Guruji at a show at the ExCel Exhibition centre on the Royal Docks in London, E16. Tried the products and loved them. Been waiting to buy these for a year!!!Edit- the flavouring is not as nice as it was.Feels like there is too much and it’s quite off putting now. Won’t really buy again.Maybe will try once to see if they have sorted it.

Bought these previously and they had a dusty chocolate powder coating and a light crisp texture. Bought a second time and the coating was hard and caramelised and the texture stale and chewy. Quality of product second time round was inedible. I bought a whole box and have had to crisp then up in the microwave to make them somewhat edible so they wouldn't go to waste. There are other better options available for popped lotus seeds.

Delicious healthy treats. Amazing for sharing around the office. I loved that these feel like a healthy alternative to popcorn! Great snack anytime of the day!

The packaging is well done. The flavour is nice too but I got bored of it after 2 packets. Will try out the other flavours, quantity is good

These are delicious! Very tasty, I would highly recommend. The only downside for me is that they are delivered by Royal Mail special delivery rather than Amazon which means someone has to be home to sign for them... bit of a hassle. Otherwise a great product!
