Excellent tasting product for ice cream and baking. Quality and economy.
Genuine malted milk! So many ice cream shops don't stock it or the customer might pay up to $1.00 just for a scoop. This is a great malted flavor addition and dissolves in milkshakes really well. Wonderful taste. Excellent price for a hard-to-find flavor enhancement to milkshakes, and other treats.

Delicious!!
Wow, this stuff is so yummy! I have made chocolate malts with it, put it in pancake batter and sprinkled it on ice cream. If you love malted milk flavor, you need to try this!

Great product
I love to put this in a bix of complete buttermilk pancake mix from the store, it makes the pancakes taste like dinner style pancakes. I also put it in milkshakes.

Very Tasty! 😋
This product tastes very good! It has a great malt flavor. Only downside is it clumps very badly. They recommend on the jar to dilute in hot water before mixing with a cold liquid.

Multiple uses. No palm oil!!!! Yeah!!!
I use this in milk shakes, smoothies, hot chocolate, pancakes and waffles. You can also use it in coffee. Plus no Palm oil!! Palm oil is bad for your health. Palm oil is bad for the environment. Palm oil tastes bad. !!!BOYCOTT PALM OIL!!!

Malted Milk Powders Comparison (4 brands)
In the interest of helping those who are looking for good malted milk powder, I offer the following review. I compared 4 major brands available on Amazon and present my findings. Note that these prices are as of June 2018.Malt Powder ComparisonKing Arthur Flourby King Arthur FlourNorwich, VTIngredients : malted barley, wheat, milk, water, hydrolized wheat gluten, baking soda, salt12 oz for $ 17.95 > $1.50 per ozExtremely expensive ! Tastes no better than the others. Added gluten ? Niche company catering to foodies with big budgets.Soda Fountainby CTL FoodsColfax, WIIngredients : wheat flour, malted barley extracts, dry whole milk, sucrose, salt, sodium bicarbonate1 lb (16 oz) for $ 7.00 > $0.44 per ozTasted good but didn't jump out with flavor. Don't like that sucrose is added. Let me add my own sugar. Great price.Hoosier Hill Farmby Hoosier Hill FarmFt. Wayne, INIngredients : barley malt, wheat flour, milk, bicarbonate of soda, salt1.5 lbs (24 oz) for $ 13.99 > $0.58 per ozTasted fine, a bit clumpy - need to blend well. Probably the best price / value and no bad additives. Company specializes in dried foods.Carnationby NestleGlendale, CAIngredients : wheat flour, malted barley extracts, milk, soy lecithin, salt, sodium bicarbonate13 oz for $3.54 > $0.27 per ozSuper cheap price, classic great taste, blended way better than any others. Two strikes are Nestle (evil corporation) and soy lecithin (see links below).https://***.zmescience.***/science/nestle-company-pollution-children/https://***.thehealthyhomeeconomist.***/soy-lecithin-healthy-or-unhealthy/Truth is the Carnation tasted the most like what I remember malt flavor to be. I try not to support companies like Nestle though. CTL adds sucrose which I don't like when things are added by a factory. I wanted to like the King Arthur best, thinking that spending more would pay off, but I can't taste the difference and the cost is insanely high. So Hoosier gets my vote for good value and no weird ingredients. Just need to blend it well.I did a blind taste test with a mixture of almond milk, half n half and chocolate syrup. I am just a dude, not a professional taste tester - someone with a more refined palatte could maybe detect nuances that I could not.Hope that helps :)
