Kalahari Paperback – January 19, 2016

This was one of my favorite books as a teen. I still feel like it is pretty underrated, but has a very unique aspect to adventure that appealed to me. Sure, the romance parts might be a little cliche, but it's better than Twilight - and that part isn't even the main focus of the book. I like the continuation of the theme through the series, and this is my favorite book out of the three.

Very good book, interesting plot. A girl raised by biologist parents is left in charge of a group of teenagers in the Kalahari. She must get them to safety while trying to avoid a group of poachers and a lion who has been *SPOILER* genetically modified with a virus.

My grandson said it was a great book.

This was a very interesting read! I think that out of the 3 Corpus novels this was my favorite; I felt like I was in Africa with the characters as I read the story. I only wish there was more finality to what happened to Corpus at the end of the book!
