Well built.
The headers are fantastic. I had Lou's Custom Exhaust install them for me and they were thankful that I bought quality headers. Things went well and I can feel the extra torque. There is a nice raspy sound to the exhaust. I have true dual exhaust with a "x" pipe. Sounds good. Improved gas mileage and power. Better option than standard manifolds.

Headers apper to be well made but company could stand better overall quality control.
As mentioned the headers are well made and fit perfect but the hardware that it comes with DOES NOT work. One CAN NOT put a 10X1.25 bolt with a 10X1.5 nut. It just does not work. With the price of these I figured I would not have any issues. Try again.

Excellent Headers
I bought these headers to replace the cracked exhaust manifolds on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. I found maximum port height variations to be around 0.018" - 0.020". JBA says their QC checks for a maximum variation of 0.040" which I find unacceptable given the gasket is 0.060" thick and crushes to 0.020" after torquing everything down. This would leave the potential to have hardly any crush on the gasket if you had a marginally short port that passed QC. However, i found mine to be acceptable and installed them in 8 short hours. I am very happy with the extra low end power and the absence of the ticking exhaust leak.

Quality Product, heavy duty steel. One negative is ...
Quality Product, heavy duty steel. One negative is that one of the O2 sensors can't be repacled without loosening the bolts that hold the header in place, other then that they are top notch and well made. I put them on my 2000 tundra after repalacing the exhaust manifolds with OEM repalcements that lasted for 5 years. I dont expect I will have to replace these.

Worth every penny
Worked great. Used new factory header lixkinf nuts and supplied gasket. Took hand tools and a few buddies a weekend to swap and reinstall. Totally worth it in then end. Fixed my ticking noise. 5/5

Pleasantly surprised by performance over entire powerband.
These were installed on a 2000 tundra.I had to do a decent amount of grinding and polishing on the inlets of the primary tubes as there was a lot of access weld constricting the area. They were installed by the dealership at a very discounted rate due to other repairs being performed. There were no complaints or concerns when installing. There were a lot of compliments from the dealer and an employee actually purchased his own after seeing them on the engine.I did notice a performance gain at all throttle positions and rpms. Overall a great purchase. This is coming from someone who did a lot of research and had a lot of concerns about lack of low end torque as dyno results don't really cover low end power and every day driving.
