Cool looking but not very cool performance
For 10,000 BTU Not very impressive takes ages to cool even a small room I would not recommend you buy this product

Steven 52 no remote with the unit sent letter to componey no answer
No remote with the Meaco CoolCompany have ignored my request for the remote control there's no way i can send the whole unit back as I'm disable and find it deffalt to send

Good product, Poor vendor.
Not a bad product, cooling is excellent - but noisy and remote is a bit temperamental.However arrived slightly damaged and the vendor was highly obstructive at helping resolve this.I’d buy this again, but from a different vendor.

Not worth it
Really disappointed with this unit. I'd purchased after reading a Which review (albeit on an older model). Have used it on 4 separate occasions now to cool down kids bedroom before bedtime. At best we have had a 2 degree drop in temperature, when running for an hour. We have a good seal at the window, and have also blocked the door. Should have gone for the Dyson fan!

cool sleeping
on a very hot night we sleep in a cool room, there is noise from the air con, but no more noisier than a large fan, the cost is high, but, against a good nights sleep money well spent
