Screws did not fully screw into base, impossible to secure wheels. So disappointing. Arrived scratched. Good thickness. Returned given screw issue. Disappointed.

The supplied screws won't secure far enough into the receiving nut sleeves/tubes (I don't know the official name for them, but they're not plain, flat, open-ended nuts) that are little cylindrical tubes with a closed finished end, and an open end into which the screw is to thread itself — except that the screws won't screw far enough into the sleeves/tubes to clamp the caster assembly onto the acrylic.
