Very good quality I like to 300 count because I take three tablets in the morning with breakfast & at supper time too. I really become sick

I love these for getting my vitamin c intake in, they’re not too big or small so I can swallow them with ease and they taste okay as well

Although these were gel tablets, I still had a hard time swallowing them.
