This camera supports ONVIF and RTSP, you can use many third-party computer software to store video, such as Blue Iris, Zoneminder, Ispy, Ivideon, Security Eye, etc. Of course, we provide a full set of access documents to help you.We also provide our own brand of computer monitoring software, VMS,CMS to help you complete the computer storage video requirements.

Q: can authentication be disabled in the setup menu? I need an open stream for my application

I dont see an option in the menus.

Q: Does it ship with dhcp enabled?

DHCP is not enabled by default, and you need to use VMS to search and configure the IP.

Q: Do you need an lame activeX control and Internet Explorer only to set it up?

You can use the web to configure the camera, or you can use the VMS （PC client） to configure the camera. We recommend using VMS, because VMS is more powerful and convenient to use.
