After untold hours of researching for running light ideas for my kayak, I finally came to the conclusion that these were the best on the market for my application. I was very pleased with the initial quality. I have used all three lights on multiple occasions and they are reliable, rugged, and very bright. They're not the cheapest lights on the market, but when your safety is on the line, cheapest just won't do.

pro: the light output and visibility far surpasses that of similar products. i've had many compliments about that.cons: 1) mounting for the stern would be secure if you could drill holes for the eyelet. i could not due to the cargo compartment of my sit on top kayak being open. for the stern, i mount my rear light with a the bungee attachment. so i basically prop a waterproof bag full of gear under the light to keep it stable. that has so far worked well and the light swings about in choppy conditions but doesn't fall off. how the bow lights secure to my kayak is just horrid. i basically use the loop in the pouch the lights and secure it with a bungee. then i hope and pray it doesn't fall off.2) the lack of a switch make using this light a pain. due to the lack of a switch, you have to turn the light off its base. basically, loosening the contact of the bulb from the batteries. sometimes I'll notice that I didn't loosen the contacts enough and I had left the light on in my garage the entire time! that's quite frustrating.for $130, i think it could be more user friendly

great lights, only lights found that are reliable enough. The green light i dropped into the water for hours just to attract fish and it had no leakage problems. The lights get the job done on small water craft and kayaks. Best part is that its portable, durable, efficient (rechargeable batteries), and bright! Have a jon boat and a kayak? These lights can work on both.

I use the white light on a SUP and it's great. Its bright enough to allow others to see me, but not so bright as to interfere with my night vision. I use the white light and the red/green lights on my kayak at night and they are perfect.

These lights are well made and worth the extra money.

Good light easy to mount, little pricy but still worth it.

Couldn't be easier to install and use. A little tough to turn but that kind of shows me that they will be water tight in case they end up underwater.
