Sizing is messed up....
I bought this belt two times hoping the small size would be adequate. Once I got the smaller belt it didn't fit either. Seems ridiculous they would make a belt which doesn't fit a male with a 33" waist.

Broke it
After two weeks the belt snapped in half while dead lifting. If you do any serious lifting at all, don't waste your money on this.

Love this belt for bench pressing
Love this belt for bench pressing, just enough support and keeps my shirt down. I wear the belt on the 2nd set of holes and have 32-33 inch waist (ordered a medium).

Why aren't the sizes the same globally
Size of the belt is different rating why when they say extra large, this differs, from other items of the same size
