I have used this pillow for one month. I waited before posting a review so I could be more honest about quality and durability. Overall, it is an excellent purchase for the price. Several factors make this a valuable purchase:1.) It is adjustable.You can easily remove the memory foam for optimal personal adjustment. The pillow can be as soft or solid as you prefer. You can also change it to support different sleeping positions.2.) The mix of comfort and support.Earlier reviews say the pillow is both soft and supportive. I thought it was an exaggeration. But, it is oddly true. The memory foam inside is shredded in chunks/ strips; I think this allows some pieces of the pillow to collapse for the head but others to expand for the space behind the neck.3.) It is durable and easy to use.The pillow comes with 2 zippered cases. One is an inner zippered case filled with shredded memory foam. The other is an outer zippered bamboo cover. The inner case is easy to open so memory foam can be removed. The outer bamboo cover has extra padding and a cross-stitching pattern that looks like a quilt or spider-web. Supposedly, bamboo is breathable, cooling, hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, and moisture absorbing. I don’t really notice these features. But, it is a decent padded pillowcase.4.) The priceThe price is excellent for the quality of the product. I have paid $40-$60 for pillows at Bed-Bath and Beyond and other places. But, this pillow is equal or better in quality and more comfortable for half the price. The pillow also has a large amount of shredded memory foam. Depending on the amount of memory foam removed, you may be able to fill a second standard or travel size pillowcase. So, you could have 2 pillows for this price.5.) Improved comfort and sleepI realize this is mostly personal opinion. However, I can honestly say that every time I use this pillow, I wake up feeling well rested. Before this pillow, every night was a gamble. Occasionally, I would wake up feeling well rested. However, I could also wake up feeling slightly exhausted and groggy with a sore neck or mild headache. This pillow does not fix everything; I still wake up occasionally at night and have broken sleep at times. But, when I finally get up the next day, I feel like the sleep I had was quality sleep. Overall, my sleep is much improved.

I have a hard time finding a pillow that works for me. This pillow actually was perfect. I am a side sleeper and head and neck sits in the proper position for me to fall asleep. Make sure you put in the dryer when you first get it to fluff it up. Just a tip for who ever may buy the pillow I did not read the instructions at first and was wondering why the pillow was so flat 24 hours later 😂 yes I can't believe I did not read the instructions, I thought it was a thank you letter for buying pillow. Good thing I did not throw it out. Putting the pillow in the dryer for a few minutes activates the fluff, after that it's amazing!

I wish I could give this 4.5 stars because it is almost perfect! The only thing I don't like is that it isn't firm as I thought it would be, but I am still enjoying it. It is soft, but not too much that my head sinks down. I've had this pillow only a couple weeks but I am having almost no shoulder pain in the morning now from sleeping on my side. My husband slept on it one night and immediately had me order one for him. He is a back sleeping and I am aside sleeper,we both had a great night sleep with this pillow.

I love this pillow! I let it sit once I got it out of the package and it really plumped up. Its doesn't have any weird smells to it. It is cooling which really helps me sleep. Its soft but it doesn't flatten out at all. I've used it for over two weeks now and it has not gone flat. Sometimes I fluff it up, but usually I don't have to. The cooling part of this pillow is great...the only problem is I did not order two!! So I am going to order another one for sure.

When I bought this pillow, it was too firm. I opened it up and took a bunch of the fill out for the next night and it was a bit better. I took more out the next day and now it's perfect. It was so good that a few days later my wife tried it... mostly because I was telling her how good it was. We got her one as well and we both love our pillows. Highly recommended, especially because you can tailor it to your pillow softness preference. The zipper is a bit tricky, but worth the trouble.

So I love everything about this pillow and the only reason I’m not giving it a 5 is because it said it’d be cooler and I’m a Certified Hot Sleeper in Florida. I don’t know that it’s much cooler than another pillow, but it’s extremely comfy. I didn’t take any of the foam out and I love it as a side and stomach sleeper. I just can’t say I’m sleeping any cooler at night.

I gave this pillow a thorough workout and evaluation before writing a review - in short, I love it. I am quite particular when it comes to pillows and mattresses, I cannot stand to be hot, especially when I’m trying to sleep, but I must have neck support. It reminds me quite literally of a feather pillow. You can fluff it, roll it, beat it and morph it into almost any shape, but unlike feather pillows and memory foam it stays comfortably cool all night.

This is the best pillow I've ever owned!!! I have tried all different pillows for my neck pain and nothing has helped before this one. My neck pain went away in 3 days and has not been back. I sleep so much better now. I ordered another pillow to stack while I'm watching TV or reading. The memory foam is very easy to remove if you wish to do so, I thought the amount used was perfect and left it as is.

This pillow is exactly what I was looking for! There was a bit too much fill in it for me at first, it really puffs up after opening, so if you like a big pouffy pillow you will love this one. I took about a third of the fill out because It was too much for me. It’s been perfect ever since. My main reason for buying it was for the cooling aspect, I tend to get hot and before I started using this pillow I was waking up several times every night to flip to the cool side. I haven’t had to do this with this pillow. No more getting hot and sweaty and waking up repeatedly to find a cool spot. The pillow doesn’t actually feel cool all night but it definitely deals with the heat I’m throwing off, it must disperse it or something, but it’s doing the job I bought it for.

Very nice pillow, love the pillow case cover it comes with and the easy way to clean both it and inner filling if needed.

Arrived fast! Provides support and is still comfortable, fits into a standard pillow case as well!
