What a relief.
I had surgery to reduce a hernia and the doctor recommended a "belly band" to support my incision area. I looked at the maker of the band the hospital sent home with me and bought a couple more. This way I had an extra or two when the current one was being washed. I liked this one because it did not "roll" down my round belly while wearing it.

Runs large, don’t base off waist measurements
I ordered size based off my waist measurement, and this is way too large. Unfortunately, I can’t return it or exchange it because it’s been laundered. I think it would have been a helpful brace if it fit correctly, but when I have it all the way to the end of the Velcro area, it does not provide enough support/pressure. I will probably reorder at the next size smaller.

A great help
This wrap came in very handy after abdominal surgery. Used it to get up and down from chairs/bed and was a great help keeping me from overusing core muscles that was told to minimize use for a few weeks. This was very helpful in my situation.

Comfortable
I just put this on this morning when I removed the one they put on me in the hospital when I had serious abdominal surgery and it felt so much better without adding extra bulk that I just ordered two more since I will be wearing them for a very long time.

Bunches up on your side
I recommend that you consider getting one that is at least 8 inches wide. This six inch wide binder bunches up on the side with the elastic material. Because I am right handed, it is easier to pull the "stretchy" part around my right side, but it bunches up on your my right side and is not very comfortable. I had an 8 inch binder that worked much better.

Great for post tummy tuck and liposuction on back and love handles
This is one of the best I've purchased. I just had a tummy tuck and liposuction and it help me walk around and has a great hold.

Good for a short period of time
Bought three of these in various widths after surgery. Within a month or so they were deformed and did not fit right. Also, the material seemed to shrink in the wash (did not use the dryer) and the Velcro did not shrink so it was wider than the about binder. This made it scratch against me if my undershirt wasn't just right.
