Favorite regular reconstructive protein conditioner. I just love this stuff. I have dr black hair with extremely tight curls. I wear it natural. This stuff leaves my hair feeling soft, flowy, silky, and detangled. It’s a superior product that’s not like any other I’ve tried. Doesn’t leave my hair feeling stiff like some other protein treatments. Feels moisturized and soft. Can use pretty regularly without it feeling like it’s going overboard.

I have wavy 2b-3a hair, and it is usually protein sensitive. Every once in a while I need to get some protein balance, but it's been challenging to find a product that does enough but not overloading. I don't know what the magic is in this, but it gives the perfect protein balance for my hair, making nice soft bouncy waves and curls! I used this once or twice a month with the Giovanni tea tree shampoo. Perfect and beautiful results!

Worked for me

At first I thought it caused my hair to fall out, but today I did an experiment and I found out that it was not the cause. It made my hair so extremely soft and silky that during detangling, my hair was coming out easier but it didn’t cause it to come out. It literally will turn almost matted hair into silky soft detangled hair. Makes detangling curly fine hair so much easier.

I’m very new to protein conditioners, but I was vegan for a few years and had zero protein in my hair! It was breaking off and was super bumpy all the time. Since I started using this my hair has gone back to what it normally was. Highly recommend especially for the price & ingredients!

This is one of the best products I have used to combat heat damage, porosity and frizz. We use a coin sized amount as a leave-in or use more and it works well as a medium hold styling gel. When rinsing out hours to days later the hair is very well conditioned and much more manageable.

I was a little sceptical at first worrying about it drying out my hair, I have thick course bleached hair and was not sure if protein would dry it out but it was getting so dull and lifeless. Washed hair with DevaCurl no poo first then mixed with a few drops of Argon oil in a bowl with a generous amount of this conditioner. Applied to hair, put on a shower cap and heat for about 10 minutes and rinsed well. After rinsing I conditoned with DevaCurl conditioner (cause I read after protein to moisterise) and then rinsed that in very cool water to seal. Hair came out very nice shiny and soft and not greasy at all.
