The packets have provided brown sugar reliably in a soft state. My delusion was that it would as granular as white sugar. Still a great improvment over having an almost full box of brown sugar get tossed because it became brick hard. I hope thay stay fresh over the long period that I will use them on oatmeal and other dishes.

I'm happy with the portability of these single serve packets. I carry them everywhere! I am ordering more soon , since coworkers, family, and friends love using them for coffee, teas, oatmeal, etc! Great tasting product!

For me, the single serve packets are more convenient for my morning oatmeal then a large bag.
