Great replacement
My original motherboard started going haywire, automatically opening the gate out of nowhere. This replacement board fixed all the issues and our automatic gate is working fine again.

First board had issues
The first board had intermittent issues, contacted Topens, and they speedily sent me another board, working perfectly. I didn't have to return the defenctive board. Excellent service and appreciation for their customers.

Needed as fried last 1
Got to replace 1 that I accidentally shorted. Does what it supposed to do. Make sure to reprogram fobs to it. Works
