Great seed
I love this grass seed comes up quickly and is very nice and dark. I'm planning on getting more this spring.

Great grass just not too hot in my area for it to survive
Grew very well for the area I planted it in but unfortunately it got too hot in the shaded area and died off as spring turned to summer here.

Works nicely on the central Oregon coast.
My backyard was getting a bit tired, dull, slow growing, etc. I fertilized and then tossed some of this seed around, and it's back to lush green. Not weed free by any means but considering I nearly started nearly from scratch last spring (with a different brand), we're very happy. I just spread it like you'd scatter chicken feed by hand. One photo shows in the middle of mowing... half mowed, half not...I missed a few weeks of mowing.

Amazing yard in less than a month after seeding
Spread over 60 cubic yards of topsoil around my newly built house first week of December. (Topsoil approximately 4” deep) I would guess 95% germination with daily watering and a light layer of straw. Only places it did not sprout was where the wind blew the straw into too thick of a covering. Was able to rake those spots out and drop some more seed to fill in those few bad spots. Good soil +this seed+rolling for seed To soil contact+light straw+water =great results

Waste of money
90% did not sprout. I plant rye grass every year. I know how to plant and water it. I will never buy this again. Waste of money. I’d send it back, but how can you after it’s planted

Don't Use in Texas
Maybe that's great grass, but it died in a month. Don't survive in Texas.

Exactly as expected
Very pleased with the color of the grass when it came in. I live in a cooler climate and this grass does great here. It did go dormant during the hotter months here 80-85f. Might have been because I couldn't keep up on the watering too though.
